SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We do not ship to PO Boxes

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The consignee authorizes Le Bon Gout Seasoning, LLC to import the goods on his behalf. Any additional fees such as taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods will be paid by the buyer.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship your order

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Le Bon Gout Seasoning, LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of the EXPECTED delivery date to be eligible for a refund or reship. Le Bon Gout Seasoning, LLC is not responsible for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your seasonings arrived broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or reship you must include your order number, description of the damage with PICTURES to confirm your claim.

Our customers’ safety is super important to us. We do not accept returns or exchanges If you receive a defective item, please contact us at lebongoutseasoning@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours of the delivery date. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
