      We kindly ask that you review our Processing and Shipping Policy, which outlines our current processing timeframe of 5–7 business days. Because our marinades are made fresh, each batch must complete our required quality and food-safety testing before it can leave our shop. This includes a 24-hour, two-point pH testing process** to ensure the product meets our established requirements prior to shipment.

      Your order was placed on September 12. Please keep in mind that we do not process shipments or ship orders during the weekend. Your order was fully processed and completed on September 18, and it was shipped at that time. The tracking information provided to you also includes the date and time your package was picked up by the carrier. Additionally, September 19 and September 20 were weekend days, which should be taken into consideration when reviewing the shipping timeline.

      We completely understand that the processing time may feel longer than expected. However, due to the nature of our freshly made products and the analytical testing requirements we follow, every applicable product must complete the required testing before it leaves our shop. This is what contributes to our longer processing timeframe, which is why we clearly list the 5–7 business day processing time on our Shipping and Processing Policy page.
