🌮 Ingredients

For the Shrimp:

1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp

2–3 tbsp Le Bon Goût Organic Meat Seasoning (Mild, Regular, or Spicy)

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Pico de Gallo:             

2 ripe tomatoes, diced

¼ red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño or sweet pepper, minced

Juice of ½ lime

A handful of chopped fresh cilantro

Salt to taste

For the Avocado Crema:

1 ripe avocado

¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Juice of ½ lime

Salt to taste

To Serve:

6 corn or flour tortillas

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season the Shrimp

Place shrimp in a bowl. Add Organic Meat Seasoning and olive oil. Mix well to coat. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the toppings.

2. Cook the Shrimp

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for about 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly browned. Remove from heat.

3. Make Pico de Gallo

In a small bowl, mix diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and set aside to let the flavors meld.

4. Blend Avocado Crema

In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
