    Good stuff! I make my own epis, but tried some of this since I was ordering the black mushroom seasoning any way! It’s very good! You can tell fresh ingredients were used and I like that the sodium content is low so that you can salt to your own taste! Just a heads up, my kids found this spicy but still eat anything I cook with it because it tastes so good! If you’re sensitive to spiciness, try the mild for sure! I would’ve loved to have ordered the spicy version, but knew my kids would complain… turns out the regular has a good kick any way.
